Darcey is EVP of People and Culture for RxSense. She is creating a culture of opportunity, access and advancement, aligning our people strategies to our business goals, with an emphasis on execution and innovation. She was previously President of the Managed Care Business Segment at Catalyst Health Solutions, then Catamaran. She holds an MA from Minnesota State University.
