Senior Director, Omni-Channel Experience

Jen leads Enterprise Training and our Omni-Channel mediums, including inbound and outbound contact centers, chat and email services, to ensure a seamless and cohesive customer experience. She has developed our certification program to provide RxSense employees and clients with comprehensive training of our software and services. Jen has over 20 years of experience the healthcare industry, 16 of which were in the PBM industry at organizations such as CatalystRx, Catamaran, MagellanRx and ALLTRAX. Jen holds a BS in Biology from Drake University.
