As you and your strategic team evaluate the performance of your plans and determine strategic priorities, the tactical team picks up the implementation, tracking and delivery of these projects.

 

The strategic support team includes the Strategic Account Executive, the Clinical Consultant, and your Executive Sponsor. Access to the other subject matter experts throughout the company is coordinated as needed by the SAE, including benefit administration, implementation support, analytics resources, compliance, marketing, RFP support, as well as pricing, network operations and underwriting support.

 

The Service Delivery Manager is the core of the tactical team and supports you on day-to-day service requests—from benefits, to eligibility, to claims research—and is the technical expert in RxAgile and RxIQ capabilities and new features. They understand PBM clients and how they gain value from leveraging RxAgile and RxIQ. The Service Delivery Manager is proactive on your behalf in monitoring your business and platform performance to head off possible issues at the pass.

A Clinical Analyst partners with the Service Delivery Manager to support you on UM, formulary, analysis, how-to, and assistance with quick clinical changes. A Training Manager is available upon request for refreshers, new feature demos and training support, and curriculum support as your business needs evolve.

 

These tactical resources are backed 24 x 7 x 365 by the Client Help Desk, for swift reporting and resolution of outages, POS claims processing issues, and system access/password requests.
