Training material is curated in accordance with your specific configuration of RxAgile functionality. It is based on the same material used to train RxSense employees.

 

Similarly, user manuals and guides are provided with content tailored to your functional use of the platform (although RxSense maintains a full manual should this be needed). Training is provided by experienced system users selected expressly for their real-world PBM claims platform experience.
 

Complementing live training, as part of our commitment to continuous improvement, we are implementing an in-platform experience for contextual learning which includes guided tutorials, tooltips, and a knowledge base for RxAgile. Learn about new features as soon as they are released within the system.

User onboarding can become virtually self-serve and at the user’s own pace, in the style that works best for them. Users can select from embedded videos, checklists, and a robust resource center providing all users access to content appropriate for their needs for day-to-day function, assisted by simple and easy functionality: 

 

• Guides new users through initial onboarding and orientation

• Standard function tutorials

• Tooltips

• Checklists with sets of 3-5 standard operations needed to complete onboarding. Remembers where users left off, ready for next session.
